Charleroi is a small industrial city in the French-speaking part of Belgium. Once the town was flourishing and rich, now it has to deal with social problems after the industrial activity collapsed. I took the tram in Charleroi which once was build for the employees to get to the industrial sites. These days the tram brings you through empty factories and faded glory.
